In the new residential area of Antibes-Juan les Pins, OPEN selected a wonderful site, facing the blue Mediterranean, and perfectly well situated between Cannes (7 km) and Nice (22 km), only 20 minutes drive from the Nice International Airport Côte d'Azur.

.Opening hours reception
Every day except Saturday from 9am-12am and 5pm-8pm. Saturday from 8am-12am and 2pm-8pm. Except in summer from 07/07/07 till 25/08/07 : 8am-10pm. On Wednesday the reception is closed.
.Money exchange / credit cards
A money exchange service is at your disposal, as well as fax and secretariat assistance. We are glad to accept: Carte Bleue, Visa, Diners-Club, American Express and Euro-card.
.Laundry, dry cleaning
Washing machine with dryer are at your disposal in all residences. Tokens for sale at the reception, as well as information about the dry cleaning service.
.Luggage room
A luggage room is at your disposal at the reception.

.Tourist information
Extensive tourist information about things to do and sites of interest will be given at the reception. Restaurants, theatre, etc reservation can be made for you. Excursions, car rental and taxi can also be arranged at the reception.
.Baby sitting
Upon request, the assistance of a baby sitter can be arranged during your stay.
.Individual safe
Each apartment is equipped with a digital code safe, which can be rented during your stay.

A well-trained team of security agents ensures you a quiet stay.
.Shopping facilities in the neighbourhood
Close to the residence, several shops as well as a large supermarket are within walking distance.

Juan les Pins hosts the yearly famous Jazzfestival, and its various sport-facilities in summer and winter makes it a fascinating town full of life and joy. It is good to have holidays there enjoying blue sky and sandy beaches.

By car : From the A8 motorway "Autoroute du soleil " Aix en Provence / Nice, take the Antibes / Juan les Pins turn off, then RN7 direction Cannes / Golfe-Juan. The Residence OPEN Villa du Parc is in the quarter of Antibes Les Pins, at the left hand side after McDonald.
By bus : Coaches network "Rapides Côte d'Azur" plies between Nice and Cannes.
By train : Antibes (5 km) or Golfe Juan (3 km) train station.
By plane : Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport (20 km).
